Purchase Orders Invoices

All initial orders will be paid by Proforma invoice with credit given once two trade references have been received.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
If invoices are not paid within the 30 day term Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to put future orders on hold until payment has been received.
Prices are correct at time of going to press but Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to amend these at a later date.

Wholesale orders of our 5L products are for use in amenities only. The 5L bottles are not, under any circumstances, to be sold as a retail product and Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to terminate an agreement should they suspect that a customer is doing this.
Bouclème Ltd products in the following sizes are not to be sold online: All Samples in 30ml, All travel sizes in 100ml, 1L and 5L products.
Bouclème Ltd products are sold to customers to be used on their premises and are not to be given away or sold onto any third party and marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon and eBay.
Bouclème 30 day Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from the Bouclème website. Anything purchased from a 3rd party retailer (including salons) will be covered by that retailer's policies.
Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to terminate the relationship with a stockist with one month’s notice.
