Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in Texas, Poland and the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders to the UK and Europe addresses over £300/€300.
For any orders under £300/€300, we charge £10/€20 shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders to USD addresses over $350. For any orders under $350, we charge shipping on the final invoice.
For outside of the UK, EU and US we will add the shipping to your final invoice - this will be based on the shipping quote that we
receive and will vary each time depending on the size and weight of your order.
What is the minimum order size?
Our minimum order size is £100/$100/€100.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
Do you offer free samples?
We have a Joint Business Plan with all our salon accounts
where you can unlock samples as you spend with us.
What is your average delivery time?
Our delivery time differentiate per region but we aim to
deliver within 5 working days.
