Purchase Orders & Invoices

• All orders will be paid on fulfilment.
• You will be asked to make the payment before submitting the order.
• To qualify for the 30-day payment terms, your orders should be over £5000/€5000/$5000/year.
• Prices are correct at the time of going to press but Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to amend these at a later date. 
  

Deliveries 

• Any discrepancies in deliveries must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Bouclème Ltd accepts no liability for damaged deliveries. 

Products

• Bouclème Ltd products in the following sizes are not to be sold online: All Samples in 30ml, All travel sizes in 100ml, and 1L products.
• Bouclème Ltd products are sold to customers to be used on their premises and are not to be given away or sold onto any third party and marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon and eBay.
• Bouclème's 30-day Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from the Bouclème website. Anything purchased from a 3rd party retailer (including salons) will be covered by that retailer's policies.
• Bouclème Ltd reserves the right to terminate the relationship with a stockist with one month’s notice.
